Every great dish has a beginning, and mine started in the kitchen when I was just a child. Some kids played with toys, I played with spices. I’ve been cooking since I was big enough to hold a spoon, turning my childhood kitchen into my first playground. Over the years, that play turned into passion. A simple ingredients transformed into something that could make people smile.That the way to connect, to celebrate, and to show love for the people.

I didn’t just learn how to follow recipes, I learned the rhythm of the chop, the patience of the simmer, and the joy of sharing a meal. That childhood curiosity has grown into a lifelong passion.
